While many people in our neighbourhood overpriced their homes and then endured months (or years) of showings with little interest followed by numerous price reductions, Rob made sure our expectations we realistic and delivered against his promises. We got a lot of interest, sold quickly and got the price and closing conditions we wanted. Absolutely painless.
There are many agents out there, but if you want someone who will truly be your partner, tell you what you need to know (not what you want to hear) and work incredibly hard on your behalf then, as far as we are concerned, Rob and his team are the only game in town. Simply stated, they deliver when and where it counts.
